How to PDF Page Editor
The ZimaPDF Page Editor is the most versatile single-page management tool on the site. Reorder, rotate, duplicate, or delete individual pages all within the same visual interface — and export a perfectly reorganised PDF without ever uploading your file.

Drop your document onto the editor. Thumbnail previews of every page are rendered directly in your browser — nothing is sent to any server.
Reorder, rotate, duplicate, or delete pages
Drag thumbnails to reorder pages. Click the rotation buttons to spin a page 90 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise. Use the duplicate button to repeat a page. Click the delete icon to remove pages you no longer need.
Export the edited PDF
Click Export Edited PDF to download a brand-new, fully updated PDF reflecting all your changes. Your original file is never touched.

Frequently asked questions
Can I duplicate pages in the Page Editor?
Yes. Click the duplicate icon on any page thumbnail to create an exact copy of that page. The duplicate is inserted immediately after the original and can then be dragged to any position.
Are my files uploaded when I use the Page Editor?
No. All editing operations run entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your PDF file never leaves your device at any point.
What is the difference between Page Editor and Organize PDF?
Both tools let you reorder and delete pages. The Page Editor also supports duplicating pages and rotating individual pages inline. Organize PDF is better when combining pages from multiple source documents.
Can I undo a change before exporting?
Yes. Changes are only applied when you click Export. If you accidentally delete or reorder a page, simply drag it back or refresh the page to start over with your original file.
What file types are supported?
The Page Editor accepts PDF files. If you want to edit images, first convert them to PDF using the ZimaPDF Image to PDF tool, then open the resulting PDF in the Page Editor.
Does the Page Editor preserve fonts, images, and embedded content?
Yes. ZimaPDF uses pdf-lib to copy page content faithfully, including embedded fonts, images, and resource dictionaries. Page edits are structural only and do not affect the visual content of any page.
