My PDF came out blank or corrupted after processing — what should I do?▾
This most commonly happens with PDFs that use a non-standard format (such as XFA forms or PDFs created by older or uncommon software). Try the following:
- Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat and re-save it as a "standard" PDF before uploading.
- If the file is very large, ensure your device has enough free RAM.
- Email us at zimapdf@gmail.com with a description of the issue and we'll investigate.
Can I request a new PDF tool to be added to the site?▾
Absolutely. We love feature requests! Send us an email describing the tool you'd like and how you'd use it. We actively prioritise our roadmap based on user feedback.
Is ZimaPDF free to use commercially?▾
Yes, ZimaPDF is completely free for both personal and commercial use with no account required. All processing runs locally in your browser, so there are no per-use fees or subscriptions.
I found a security or privacy concern — how do I report it?▾
